  1. thank you so much for the nomination ^^ i’m very flattered and i’m just happy that you appreciate my blog coz i’ve also enjoyed following yours!

  2. i had to google pyroluria. and i think it’s just awesome that you are living life to the fullest in spite of it all! you’ve earned much of my respect and i hope you keep blogging and inspiring.

    • No problem, you deserve the award! Thanks for your comment, it means alot. When I found out about my intolerances I also found out that I had anxiety disorder. I always felt different, but I didn’t get why. I’m so lucky I found a doctor that diagnosed me. Normal GP’s don’t know what it is. Now all I have to take is natural supplements of zinc & b12 everyday and I am happy chappy.

  3. I too looked up Pyroluria, btw- and, wow! You are one strong woman! What a life you have led despite this condition. And the fact that you inspire so many others to live well and healthy is just fabulous! Major kudos to you xx

    • Thanks Miss Marzipan, i have learned to live with it and i think a lot more have this condition and don’t know it. I’ve always tried to make sure my anxiety didn’t control my life, but it feels so good to know how I should feel now I am better. Congratulations on the pregnancy! i hope you both are doing well. By looking at your delicious posts, I would never of known.

  5. Congratulations on your award and welcome to quirkybooksnet, thanks so much for the follow. I can’t have gluten or wheat, yeast, sugar, spelt, dairy, lactose and I could go on but won’t bore you.

    • No problem, thanks for your follow. You have a great blog! I’m especially jealous to see you went to Harry Potter studio lol
Wow that’s a lot of intolerance. I use to have so many as well, but after a detox to make my stomach lining healthy again I could start to eat some foods again in small amounts. Milk is my only thing I can never have again.
Are yours permanent? I know what its like, its impossible to eat out and other people don’t get it either.

      • Yes. Mine are permanent. The Sugar one has got worse. I ate in one of my usual restaurants when I went to London in October. The only problem was the head chef wasn’t there and he usually makes the food to how I can have it. I went back to the hotel and it felt like I was on a ship at sea rocking backwards and forwards. I had to go to sleep fast. I went back to the restaurant the next day to say I am fairly sure there was sugar in my food and they said yes, they had put a curry paste in the meal and that had sugar in it.
